This article seeks to analyze the influence of organizational culture on institutional development, based on Daniel Denison's theoretical model for the study of organizational culture. From a mixed approach, the perceptions of teachers and administrators of the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Zamora (ITESZ) (N= 97) are collected. To do this, a Likert scale questionnaire and a focus group were administered. It is concluded that the organizational culture is strong at ITESZ, because it affects the behavior of the employees.
